Firestone Complete Auto Care

Extremely disappointed. I paid for a service they failed to provide. I have a lifetime (of the car) “subscription” for alignment and rotation. When I showed up for my appointment, no mention was made that my tires were at the end of their life and should be replaced. Wouldn’t you expect that to be the first thing a tire store inspects? After the service was complete, I got back to my car and felt pretty certain the tires had not been rotated, even after I checked out and was told all services were done. When I returned to the store, I was informed that the service had not been done because I needed new tires. Hmm. I didn’t have time to wait for new tires at the end of the service, when they were suggested. Had they been suggested at the start of the service, I would have gotten them. I asked to speak to someone to set it right. Crickets. DO NOT TRUST this Firestone. They literally failed to do what was paid for and didn’t admit it until confronted.

Had a tire blowout late afternoon on Sunday of Memorial Day weekend. Firestone helped me on short notice even though the shop seemed pretty busy/shorthanded that afternoon. They treated me well and got me back on the road with 2 new rear tires on my 2006 Yukon XL. (Giovanni - you da man!) The towing service got me to Firestone by 5:00 PM and I was on my way in 50 minutes! They had the needed 265/70/R17's in stock at a competitive price. Thanks Firestone of downtown Salem. Good work!

This Firestone dealer was absolutely awesome. The employees are very friendly and maybe in a walk-in. They set up an appointment that I could come back and have my front tires balanced on my Dodge ram this was absolutely a good and great time. I could not ask for anything better.

Nothing new to add to prior comments. We purchased a lifetime alignment package. Called and made an appointment for the following day. Very helpful with the scheduling. Took the vehicle in and it was moved inside immediately. Wife and I went for a walk and were called 45 minutes later to advise that everything was done. No problems located in the safety check. Headed home in about one hour total. Great job!! Thank you!

Highly recommend! Stopped in as my car started to flood inside and I figured it would be safer for me to have a mechanic look at it than me crawling under the car. I luckily had the day off and got my car back the same day. If you’re ok with waiting for the service, then make an appointment here. They did not charge me either! Talk about Christmas spirit! I can’t stop smiling, and the men at the store were very nice and respectful.
